How do I add a video walkaround?
Put the video on YouTube or Facebook, then paste its link on the photo step. A premium or dealer listing can show one video, on top of its photos.
Before you start
- It has to be 90 seconds or less. A slow walk around the outside and a look at the seats is plenty.
- It has to be on YouTube or Facebook. We do not upload videos ourselves, and we cannot show links from anywhere else.
- It is for premium and dealer listings. A basic listing shows photos only.
The steps
- Film the cart on your phone, parked, not moving.
- Put it on YouTube or Facebook the way you normally would. On YouTube, "Unlisted" is fine — it does not have to be public to everyone.
- Open the video, tap Share, then Copy link.
- On the photo step, paste the link into Link to your video.
- Tick My video is 90 seconds or less, then tap Add the video.
Buyers see a Video walkaround badge on your card, and the video on your listing page. It only plays when somebody presses play.
It says it can only show YouTube or Facebook
The link is from somewhere else — Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, or a file on your phone. Put the video on YouTube or Facebook and paste that link instead.
It says the link does not open a single video
You have copied the link to a channel, a page or a profile rather than to the video. Open the video itself, tap Share, then Copy link, and paste that.
Why do I have to tick the 90 seconds box?
YouTube and Facebook do not tell us how long a video is, so we ask you. Please keep it to 90 seconds — buyers watch a short one to the end.
My listing went from premium to basic — is my video gone?
No. It is kept. A basic listing does not show a video, so it is hidden for now, and it comes back if the listing is premium again. You can remove it yourself at any time — see below.
Can I add or change the video after my cart is up?
Yes. Go to /sell/manage, find the cart and tap Change the photos and video. The video box is under your photos: paste a new link to add or change it, or tap Remove the video. The change is on your listing straight away.
